We will use a variety of different grains such as farro, wheat, rye, brown rice, quinoa and barley, along with seasonal fruits & veggies and local fresh cheeses to create salads light enough for a hot day and hearty enough to satisfy your cravings. This is a hands-on workshop crafted to teach participants simple methods for feeding the masses.
